New Drunk Driving Penalty Oklahoma

New legislation signed into law in Oklahoma will see drunk drivers who have caused an accident resulting in greater bodily harm face a maxmium of 10 years behind bars.

House bill 2568, by state Rep. Harold Wright increases jail time for drunk drivers sentenced for personal injury accidents from the current five year maximum sentence to a maximum of ten years
